Dr. Sarte is a graduate of the University of Santo Thomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and had specialty residency training for Otorhinolaryngology-Head an Neck Surgery at the UST Hospital.

He completed his Fellowship training in Sleep Medicine and Surgery at the Mannheim Hospital University of Heidelberg, Mannheim, Germany.

Presently, he is a lecturer at the Ateneo Scholl of Medicine and Public Health.

He is the Director at the Department of Sleep Medicine at The Medical City, and the unit head at the Sleep Laboratory, Rizal Medical Center – Dept. of Health, both in Pasig City, as well as an attending otolaryngologist and sleep specialist at the Corporate Health Services, Inc. of the San Miguel Corporation, Mandaluyong City.

He is a fellow of the Philippine Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Nect Surgery, the Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery – Sleep Disorders Committee.
