I couldn't really remember when it all started, but my mom would often tell me that I frighten her when I sleep. I snore so loud then suddenly choke in my sleep as if I stopped breathing. The nurses would notice it too when I sleep in the clinic. They would often check up on me coz I suddenly stopped snoring or breathing. Fast forward to a few months ago, I began having morning headaches. Every morning, I'd have this awful, throbbing headaches and I'd feel so tired that I often drown myself in coffee and pain medicines just to function. I felt exhausted, depressed, awful and moody. Even if I have 2 or 3 naps all day, I still felt tired and unrefreshed after sleeping. My concentration and memory were also beginning to go down south. Being a doctor I knew these may be signs of OSA. But I was in denial. I thought maybe I was just working too much and I just have to cut back on work. The final straw happened when I had a near accident while driving. I fell asleep on the wheel! I knew I had to get help soon. Boy I'm so glad I did! I finally had a home sleep study with GSC. They sent me the device which I wore for 2 nights and they had it analyzed by a sleep doctor. I was diagnosed with severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea which means that my tongue and throat slides back my windpipe whenever I sleep, effectively blocking the air from entering my lungs. It's like sleeping while your body is choking you! My Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) was 75 (Normal is <5) which means I stop breathing about 75 times per hour! To make it worse, my blood Oxygen saturation goes down to 79% (normal is >95%) whenever I stop breathing for almost a minute during deep sleep! No wonder I felt so tired and awful. 🥴 GSC sent me a trial auto CPAP machine which effectively decreased my AHI from 68 to 1-2. I now feel more active and alive. My morning headaches are gone. My memory and concentration is sharper than ever and my mood has stabilized. My blood pressure has also decreased! Today, I just got my new Philips DreamStation Auto CPAP machine and I'm so excited to use it! Bahala nag matug ko nga murag si Bane ga-mask basta refreshing lang ako sleep! 😅🤣 Big thanks to my respiratory therapist Reanne of GSC and Dr. delos reyes and Dr. Ryan Denopol of Lung Center of the Philippines - Section of Sleep Medicine. Please do see your doctor or message me if you have symptoms of OSA. Sleep is Health!

Been longing for this device few years back when I was diagnosed with OSA but was never an option due to high price. Until I saw their page on facebook about their sale. Very affordable with generous payment term. Staffs are very accommodating specially Ms. Carla. They also have sleep consultants that will help you from interpreting results of your sleep test to setting up of your machine. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea so I didn't exactly know how the CPAP functioned but they ensured to discuss how to use the machine effectively. They've also ensured the settings were based on what my doctor recommended.

My husband purchased the service of portable monitor/home sleep apnea testing from GSCCI. Great service and fair price. GSCCI staff was very helpful and nice to deal with. Goodbye to nights of sleeping with a husband snoring, haha. Thank you for giving us a long good night sleep, waking up feeling energized and ready for the day.
