Back in February 2023, Ramon found himself battling severe sleep apnea. “ I used to wake up 10 to fifteen times every night, prang naghahabol ng hininga,” he shared. “ It affected everything — my energy, focus, and even my safety while driving.”

He also offered some advice: “If you snore a lot or parang pagod kahit tulog ka naman, get checked. Snoring does not always mean Sleep apnea, but it is worth finding out. For me, this CPAP machine has been a lifesaver.”
